Hmmm chicken and baby potato make shift stir fry. Cleaning out the fridge and making meals with what I have on hand. Sometimes the best meals are the impromptu ones!

Happy Thursday everyone. Here is a great end of week recipe for you. This is my take on a shrimp stir fry. It honestly is so delicious I’ve been making this every few days 🤣 the recipe is on TLGK and already uploaded to @youtube 🥰

For days 10 and 11 here are two of my favorites. Individual strawberry shortcakes and a delicious fruit tart! Both are easy (shortcakes more than fruit tart) and perfect for Easter and to celebrate spring! Both recipes can be found on TLGK.

I’m sorry I dropped the ball these past two days so today I will be posting for days 9, 10, and 11. For day 9 here is a delicious and easy take on a coconut cream pie. Enjoy 😉
