Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: Will vary depending on size of chicken and thickness of bacon

Materials:

  • 2 chicken breasts chopped roughly
  • 1 package bacon cut in half horizontally
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • ½ tbsp. dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Marinate your chicken in curry powder, marjoram, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Wrap the bacon around the chicken secure with a toothpick.
  4. Cook on a preheated grill (about 380 degrees) until fully cooked through. Cooking times will vary on size of chicken as well as type of grill.
  5. Plate and ENJOY!
