Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: Will vary depending on size of chicken and thickness of bacon
Materials:
- 2 chicken breasts chopped roughly
- 1 package bacon cut in half horizontally
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- ½ tbsp. dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Marinate your chicken in curry powder, marjoram, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix well, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
- Wrap the bacon around the chicken secure with a toothpick.
- Cook on a preheated grill (about 380 degrees) until fully cooked through. Cooking times will vary on size of chicken as well as type of grill.
- Plate and ENJOY!
