Cook time: 2-3 minutes
Materials:
- 6 cups Chex cereal
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or soy nut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Process:
- In a microwave safe mixing bowl add in the semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter/ soy nut butter and butter.
- Melt in 30 second increments stirring after each 30 seconds, until everything is melted and mixed together.
- Add in the vanilla and mix well to combine.
- Pour the chocolate over the Chex and mix well (but gently as not to break up the Chex) until the Chex is fully covered in the chocolate mixture.
- Add in the powdered sugar and mix to coat.
- Plate and ENJOY!
