Materials:
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Mini marshmallow for topping
Process:
- In a large mixing bowl add in the heavy cream and hot chocolate mix. Using a hand held mixer whip the mixture until stiff peaks appear.
- Add in the marshmallow fluff and mix until incorporated.
- Using a spatula fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Top with some mini marshmallows and ENJOY with your favorite cookies or fruit.
