Pico De Gallo

Materials:

  • 8 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 jalapenos diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY!
