Materials:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups whole milk
- Peeled pistachios for garnish (optional)
Process:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the whole milk and pistachio pudding mix. Mix until pudding thickens and set aside.
- In a separate bowl add in the heavy whipping cream.
- Using a hand held mixer, mix until soft peaks appear.
- Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until stiff peaks appear.
- Fold in the pistachio pudding mix.
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and leave in freezer to set (at least 12 hours).
- Leave out for 5-10 minutes before serving so ice cream will be easy to scoop.
- Garnish with peeled pistachios and ENJOY!
