Materials:
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp. unsalted butter (additional needed for greasing the pan) melted and cooled
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- Fruit/ topping of your choice
- Maple syrup (optional)
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line grease a large baking sheet (about 17 inch by 11.5 inch) with some unsalted butter.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Give it a rough mix and set aside.
- In a separate medium sized mixing bowl add in the whole milk, eggs, vanilla and unsalted butter. Mix well using a hand held whisk.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and top with your desired toppings.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until top and edges are golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean.
- Cut into desired sizes, plate, top with some maple syrup (optional), and ENJOY!
