Sheet Pan Pancakes

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 15-18 minutes

Materials:

  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp. unsalted butter (additional needed for greasing the pan) melted and cooled
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Fruit/ topping of your choice
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line grease a large baking sheet (about 17 inch by 11.5 inch) with some unsalted butter.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl add in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Give it a rough mix and set aside.
  3. In a separate medium sized mixing bowl add in the whole milk, eggs, vanilla and unsalted butter. Mix well using a hand held whisk.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well to combine.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and top with your desired toppings.
  6. Bake 15-18 minutes or until top and edges are golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean.
  7. Cut into desired sizes, plate, top with some maple syrup (optional), and ENJOY!
