Materials:
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/3 cup cilantro diced
- 1 shallot diced
- 1/2-1 jalapeño diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1-2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Process:
- In a small mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients.
- Enjoy right away or refrigerate and serve later on in the day with tortilla chips.
