Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 5-10 minutes

Materials:

• 8 cups Chex cereal
• 2 cups salted pretzels
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup chocolate M&M’s

Process:

1. In an extra large mixing bowl combine the Chex cereal and salted pretzels. Mix and set aside.
2. In a medium sized sauce pan add in the unsalted butter.
3. Keeping the heat on medium/ high let the butter melt.
4. Add in the brown sugar, light corn syrup and vanilla extract. Continue stirring and cook until the sugar has melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Remove from heat and add in the baking soda. Mix well and pour into the bowl with your cereal and pretzel mixture. Mix well to coat all the cereal and pretzels.
6. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper and pour out the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.
7. Top off with some M&M’s and let cool and set.
8. Plate and ENJOY!
