Materials:
- 3 tubes cinnamon rolls (reserve icing packets for glaze)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a casserole dish (9 x 13 inch) with some non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Quarter each cinnamon roll and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix well and add in the quartered cinnamon rolls, making sure the cinnamon rolls are fully coated by the egg/ cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Press into one even layer and bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Once cooked take the reserved icing packets and glaze the bake.
- Cut, plate and ENJOY!
