My Go To “Breakfast Toast”

Materials:

  • Dry toast of your choice (you can also use toasted bread)
  • Cottage cheese w/ chives
  • Mini cucumbers sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • Fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Place the toast on a plate and top with your desired amount of cottage cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and fresh dill.
  3. ENJOY!
