Garlic Knots

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 12-15 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 store bought pizza dough (cut into 12-14 even pieces)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (additional for topping)

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with some parchment paper.
  2. Separate the dough into 12-14 even pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into a snake (about 8-10 inch long) and then twist into a knot.
  4. Place the knots on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. While the knots are baking combine the unsalted butter, fresh parsley, grated garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  6. Once the knots are cooked place them directly into the butter mixture, coating the knots in the buttery/ garlicky mixture.
  7. Plate the knots, top with additional Parmesan cheese and ENJOY!
