Cook time: 12-15 minutes
Materials:
- 1 store bought pizza dough (cut into 12-14 even pieces)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 3 garlic cloves grated
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (additional for topping)
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with some parchment paper.
- Separate the dough into 12-14 even pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into a snake (about 8-10 inch long) and then twist into a knot.
- Place the knots on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While the knots are baking combine the unsalted butter, fresh parsley, grated garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Once the knots are cooked place them directly into the butter mixture, coating the knots in the buttery/ garlicky mixture.
- Plate the knots, top with additional Parmesan cheese and ENJOY!
