Cook time: 25-30 minutes
Materials:
- 1 store bought pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices to taste
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil or butter for greasing pan
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a round dish or pan with non stick cooking oil or butter. Set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the butter, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out your pizza dough to a rectangle (about 12″ by 8-10″) .
- Top the crust evenly with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough into a log (just like rolling up cinnamon rolls).
- Divide the dough into 12 separate pieces and place in the pan seam side down.
- Coat the pizza rolls with the butter mixture and sprinkle with some fresh grated parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are fully cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and ENJOY!
