Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 9-11 minutes

Materials:

• 1 white cake box mix
• 1/2 cup neutral oil
• 2 large eggs
• Sprinkles of your choice

Process:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with some parchment paper (makes between 14-16 cookies).
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix until the mixture comes together.
3. Taking a small ice cream scoop place a ball of dough on the baking sheet (about 1 inch apart).
4. Taking the palm of your hand slightly press the dough down to flatten it (about 1/4 inch thick).
5. Top with the sprinkles, softly pushing the sprinkles in.
6. Bake 9-11 minutes.
7. Cool, plate and ENJOY!
