California Roll Sushi Bowl

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: Time will vary depending on how you cook your rice

Materials:

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2-3 crab sticks shredded
  • Cucumber to taste
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp. kewpie mayo
  • Wasabi paste to taste
  • Siracha Mayo to taste
  • Sesame seeds as garnish

Process:

  1. In a bowl add in the white rice.
  2. Top with shredded crab sticks, cucumber and avocado.
  3. Top with either siracha mayo or kewpie mayo and wasabi paste (mixed together).
  4. Top with sesame seeds and Enjoy!
