S’mores Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Machine Needed)

Rest time: 8-12 hours

Materials:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Marshmallow Fluff to taste (I used 1/2 cup) (you can also use mini marshmallows)
  • 1/4 cups chocolate sauce
  • 2-3 graham crackers (roughly crushed)

Process:

  1. Add the heavy whipping cream to a large bowl and whip until soft peaks appear.
  2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix until completely combined. You want the mixture to be velvety smooth and thickened but do not want to reach stiff peaks. In other words, you should be able to still pour the mixture and not just scoop.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a freezer safe container.
  4. Top with marshmallow fluff and then pour the reaming mixture over the top.
  5. Top with chocolate sauce and swirl around to incorporate slightly.
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers.
  7. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
  8. Serve on cones or in cups and ENJOY!
