Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 4-6 hours
Materials:
- 3 lb. chicken tenderloins
- 2 lb. baby potatoes halved
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 oz. package Ranch Powder Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter sliced into 3
Process:
- Place the chicken tenderloins into the insert of your slow cooker.
- Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, oregano and half of the ranch seasoning package. Mix well.
- Top with onions and halved potatoes.
- Season the potatoes with some additional salt and pepper.
- Top everything with the remaining ranch packet.
- Add in the chicken stock.
- Place the unsalted butter over the potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Plate and ENJOY!
