Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Cook time: 35-45 minutes
Materials:
- 6-7 potatoes cubed
- 1 cup ham chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 385 degrees F and line a muffin tin with some cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl add in the cubed potatoes.
- Coat in the oil and season with salt, pepper, marjoram, parsley and paprika. Mix well to coat all the potatoes.
- Add in the ham and cheese and mix to combine.
- Divide evenly amongst the 12 cupcake liners.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked thorugh.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
- Plate and ENJOY!
