Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 head of cauliflower florets (cleaned of cut into medium sized pieces)
  • 2 tbs. of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add  in a generous pinch of salt. Add in your cauliflower florets and cook about 8 minutes or so, or until the cauliflower is pretty much cooked through.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet with high sides add in your olive oil. On medium high heat let the oil heat up, and then add in your cauliflower, bread crumbs, and pepper.  Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from the pan and ENJOY!
