- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of whole milk (feel free to substitute this for almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
- 1 tbs. of plain yougurt
- 1 tbs. of honey
- 1 tbs. craisins
- 1/4 cup of strawberries (or any berry you desire)
- In a small bowl or Tupperware add in your oats, milk, and honey. Stir until nicely combined, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge over night.
- In the morning add in honey, craisins, and strawberries. Mix well and enjoy!
