Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of whole milk (feel free to substitute this for almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
  • 1 tbs. of plain yougurt
  • 1 tbs. of honey
  • 1 tbs. craisins
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries (or any berry you desire)


  1. In a small bowl or Tupperware add in your oats, milk, and honey. Stir until nicely combined, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge over night.
  2. In the morning add in honey, craisins, and strawberries. Mix well and enjoy!
