Prep time: 10 minutes

Materials:
- 1 head of cauliflower riced
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves finely diced
- 1/2 cup of carrots
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 2 tbs. of olive oil
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. hoison sauce
- 1 tbs. siracha
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. of pepper
Process:
- In a medium sized skillet with high sides add in your olive oil, onions, mushrooms (if you are using them), and carrots. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms become nice and golden brown and the onions become translucent.
- Add in your garlic and cook for an additional minute or so.
- After a minute add in your riced cauliflower and stir well incorporating all the flavors together. Add in peas and mix again.
- Add in the soy sauce, hoison sauce, siracha, and sesame oil, stir well.
- After everything is nicely incorporated push all the ingredients to the sides of the pan leaving a circle in the middle of the pan open. Add in your egg and cook the egg before incorporating it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional minute mixing well together and garnishing with some fresh green onions. Now you are ready to Enjoy!
