Materials:
- 1 can of cannelloni beans (rinsed and dried)
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- pinch of salt and pepper
Process:
- In a food processor combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth and nicely incorporated .
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
