Hummus

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 can of cannelloni beans (rinsed and dried)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Process:

  1. In a food processor combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth and nicely incorporated .
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!

Side Note: This hummus recipe goes great with my tortilla chips! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT OUT!!!!
