Peanut (soy nut) butter & chocolate dates

Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Cook time: 3-4 minutes

Rest time: Several hours

Materials:

  • 12 dates pitted
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter or soy nut butter softened
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 4.4 ounce Hershey’s milk chocolate bar melted
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconuts

Process:

  1. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil place your pitted dates, skin side up.
  2. Top with softened peanut butter and drizzle with honey.
  3. Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
  4. Once melted spread over the peanut butter.
  5. Top with coconut flakes (or anything else you’d like).
  6. Keep in the freezer for a few hours, cut up in small pieces and ENJOY!
