Materials:
- 12 dates pitted
- 3/4 cup peanut butter or soy nut butter softened
- Drizzle of honey
- 4.4 ounce Hershey’s milk chocolate bar melted
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconuts
Process:
- On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil place your pitted dates, skin side up.
- Top with softened peanut butter and drizzle with honey.
- Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
- Once melted spread over the peanut butter.
- Top with coconut flakes (or anything else you’d like).
- Keep in the freezer for a few hours, cut up in small pieces and ENJOY!
