Materials:
- 2 chicken breasts cubed into 1-2 inch pieces
- 4-5 garlic cloves diced
- 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter (divided into 1 tbsp. and 2 tbsps.)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Process:
- Place your chicken in a small mixing bowl and season with some salt and pepper.
- In a separate dish combine the flour, oregano, basil, paprika, dried parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Coat each peace of chicken in the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet add in 2 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. of unsalted butter. Keeping the heat on medium/ high let the butter melt.
- Once melted add in the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Once chicken is fully cooked through add in the garlic and cook for about 60 seconds.
- Add in the butter and mix to to coat all the chicken. Cook for an additional 60-90 seconds.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and ENJOY!
