Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 90-120 minutes
Materials:
- 3-4 turkey drumsticks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 sprig of rosemary minced
- 3 sprigs of thyme minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and set a roasting rack in your roasting pan (I like to use disposable so I can just toss it). Set the pan aside.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the softened butter, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well to incorporate into the butter.
- Rub the mixture under the skin and all over the legs. Place the seasoned turkey on your roasting pan and cook for 90-120 minutes or until the turkey is fully cooked through.
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before enjoying.
