Cook time: 30-35 minutes
Materials:
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 3/4 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (divided into 2)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat a pie plate with some non stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated parmesan, oregano, marjoram, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Fold in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Place the mixture into your prepared pie plate and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes and then broil for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove and serve with some chips or anything you’d like.
