Artichoke Spinach Dip

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 30-35 minutes

Materials:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (divided into 2)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat a pie plate with some non stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated parmesan, oregano, marjoram, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Fold in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
  4. Place the mixture into your prepared pie plate and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes and then broil for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Remove and serve with some chips or anything you’d like.
