Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Materials:
- 1 pack pasta of your choice (about 1 lb.)
- 3 large garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp. neutral oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Process:
- Cook pasta in salted water and drain. Place in a clean bowl.
- Into the bowl of pasta add in the sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rice vinegar. Mix well and set aside.
- In a small sauce pan add in the neutral oil and chili oil. Let the oil heat up and and in the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 30-60 seconds stirring constantly, and remove from heat.
- Pour hot oil directly over pasta and mix well to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and additional chili oil if needed.
- Plate and ENJOY!
