Cook time: 20-23 minutes

Materials:

  • 2 lb. chicken tenders cleaned
  • 1 cup flour seasoned with salt & pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried parsley and 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs along with 2 tbsp. whole milk, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried parsley and 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups panko along with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried parsley and 1 tsp paprika
  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with some parchment paper. Grease with some cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In three separate dishes combine flour with the listed materials, eggs along with the listed materials and panko with the listed materials. Make sure each dish is combined well so that your tenders get evenly coated with flavor.
  3. Working with one tender at a time coat in flour mixture, then into the egg mixture and finally in the panko mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet and continue to do this until all the tenders are coated.
  4. Drizzle with some olive oil over the top and bake for 20-23 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Plate and ENJOY!
