Materials:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp fresh thyme
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Mix all materials well to combine.
- Form into a log (in plastic wrap.)
- Refrigerate for minimum of 4-6 hours.
- Slice desired amount and top veggies, steaks, poultry or seafood.
