Compound Butter

Materials:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp fresh thyme
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Mix all materials well to combine.
  2. Form into a log (in plastic wrap.)
  3. Refrigerate for minimum of 4-6 hours.
  4. Slice desired amount and top veggies, steaks, poultry or seafood.
  5. The possibilities are endless 🥰
