Grilled Chicken Wings

Materials:

  • 1 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Process:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, marjoram, paprika, turmeric, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon zest and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or Tupperware and coat them fully in the marinade. Cover with a top or plastic wrap and refrigerate 8-10 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to grill place the wings on your grill and grill on medium/ high heat. Cooking time will depend on size of wings and type of grill.
  4. Cook until fully cooked through, plate and ENJOY!
