Materials:
- 1 lb. chicken wings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Process:
- In a mixing bowl combine the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, marjoram, paprika, turmeric, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon zest and olive oil. Mix well.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or Tupperware and coat them fully in the marinade. Cover with a top or plastic wrap and refrigerate 8-10 hours or overnight.
- When ready to grill place the wings on your grill and grill on medium/ high heat. Cooking time will depend on size of wings and type of grill.
- Cook until fully cooked through, plate and ENJOY!
