Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: Varies depending on cake mix

Materials:

• 1 white box cake mix (plus the ingredients listed on the box i.e. oil, water, eggs)
• Cool Whip (measure with your heart)
• Toppings of your choice
• Red and blue food coloring

Process:

1. Preheat the oven to the temperature on the box and line your desired cake pan with parchment paper and non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix with the listed ingredients.
3. Once fully incorporated, divide amongst 3 mixing bowls.
4. Leave one as is, add blue food coloring to one and red food coloring to one more.
5. Once you have red, white and blue start to pour them mixture a bit at a time into your prepared baking pan (watch video for visual).
6. Bake according to box instructions.
7. Once baked let the cake cool completely.
8. Top with Cool Whip and decorate with what ever fruits, candies or jimmies you’d like.
9. Cut and ENJOY!
