Lemon/ Butter/ Garlic Baked Chicken Tenders

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 20-25 minutes (times may vary depending on thickness of your chicken tenders)

Materials:

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 4-5 garlic cloves grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken tenders into the baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a bowl combine the melted butter, garlic cloves, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken making sure to coat the chicken well.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  6. Plate and ENJOY!
