Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20-25 minutes (times may vary depending on thickness of your chicken tenders)
Materials:
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 4-5 garlic cloves grated or minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the chicken tenders into the baking dish and set aside.
- In a bowl combine the melted butter, garlic cloves, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken making sure to coat the chicken well.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Plate and ENJOY!
