Materials:
- 16 ounces Brussel sprouts sliced thinly
- 1/2 small onion thinly sliced thinly
- 1 gala apple sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. neutral oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Process:
- In a medium sized bowl add in the thinly sliced brussel sprouts, onions and sliced apple.
- Mix and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the honey, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the salad.
- Mix to coat.
- Top with pomegranate seeds.
- Plate and ENJOY!
