Brussel Sprout & Pomegranate Salad

Materials:

  • 16 ounces Brussel sprouts sliced thinly
  • 1/2 small onion thinly sliced thinly
  • 1 gala apple sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. neutral oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Process:

  1. In a medium sized bowl add in the thinly sliced brussel sprouts, onions and sliced apple.
  2. Mix and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl combine the honey, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the salad.
  5. Mix to coat.
  6. Top with pomegranate seeds.
  7. Plate and ENJOY!
