Meatloaf Materials:
- 1 lb. meatloaf mix
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Panko
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Glaze Materials:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with some aluminum foil (this will make clean up much easier). Grease the pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine all of the meatloaf ingredients. Mix just long enough to combine. Do not overmix or you will get a very tough meatloaf.
- Place the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the glaze materials.
- Using a pastry brush carefully brush the glaze over the top.
- Bake for 90 minutes. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
