Materials:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter (or soy nut butter)
- 1/2 cup pretzels
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
Process:
- In a blender or food processor add your old fashioned oats and pulse until you get the consistency you like.
- Pour the oats into a mixing bowl.
- Into the same food processor add in the pretzel and pulse to break them up.
- Pout the pretzels into the same bowl as the oats.
- Add in peanut butter (or soy nut butter), along with honey and chocolate chips.
- Mix well using a spatula.
- Place the mixture (covered) into the fridge for 1 hour.
- In one hour scoop out desired amounts of dough and form into a ball.
- Place into fridge safe container (with lid) and continue this process until done.
- Enjoy right away or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
