Materials:
- Spinach wrap
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 slices of tomatoes
- Onion slices
- 3 pieces of lettuce
- 1/2 an avocado
- 2 slices of American cheese
- pickles (2 spears)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Process:
- In a medium sized pan crisp up your bacon and set aside.
- In a small bowl scoop out your avocado and mash it up with your fork. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper as well as your lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
- Now it’s time to assemble your wrap. Lay your wrap down on a flat service. Take your avocado mixture and spread it all over the middle of your wrap. Now put down your bacon, tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, and cheese.
- Fold in two sides of your wrap making it into a rounded rectangle. Now take one end of the rectangle and fold it a few times over making sure all your goodies are trapped inside.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
