Spinach wrap with Bacon

Cook time: 10 minutes


  • Spinach wrap
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 3 slices of tomatoes
  • Onion slices
  • 3 pieces of lettuce
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • pickles (2 spears)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice


  1. In a medium sized pan crisp up your bacon and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl scoop out your avocado and mash it up with your fork.  Sprinkle in some salt and pepper as well as your lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Now it’s time to assemble your wrap. Lay your wrap down on a flat service.  Take your avocado mixture and spread it all over the middle of your wrap.  Now put down your bacon, tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, and cheese.
  4. Fold in two sides of your wrap making it into a rounded rectangle. Now take one end of the rectangle and fold it  a few times over making sure all your goodies are trapped inside.
  5. Cut in half and enjoy!
