  • 2 avocados halved and pit removed
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onions diced
  • 1 jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 tbs. fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Take your avocado and put it into a medium sized mixing bowl.  Take the back of your fork and mash up the avocado to your desired consistency.
  2. Add in the tomato, red onions, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and mix together well.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes covered and ENJOY!
