Materials:
- 2 avocados halved and pit removed
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/4 cup of red onions diced
- 1 jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 tbs. fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt
- Pepper
Process:
- Take your avocado and put it into a medium sized mixing bowl. Take the back of your fork and mash up the avocado to your desired consistency.
- Add in the tomato, red onions, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and mix together well.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes covered and ENJOY!
