Mango Salsa

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 mango pitted and cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of red onions chopped
  • 4 green onions/ scallions chopped
  • 1 jalapeno diced very finely
  • Juice on 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. of pepper

Process:

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine all the ingredients above and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and ENJOY!
