Materials:
- 1 mango pitted and cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of red onions chopped
- 4 green onions/ scallions chopped
- 1 jalapeno diced very finely
- Juice on 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. of pepper
Process:
- In a medium sized bowl combine all the ingredients above and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and ENJOY!
