  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 basil leaves chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

  2. Once the mixture is combined make golf sized balls and place them on a plate dusted with bread crumbs.
  3. In a large skillet with high sides add in the olive oil and heat the oil up. Turn the heat down to medium and add in the meatballs cooking for about 30 seconds or so on each side. All you are looking for is to get some nice color on the meatball and for them to set enough before going into the crockpot.
  4. Once the meatballs are all set add them into your crockpot and cover them with the homemade sauce. Cook them for 5 hours and 30 minutes on high or 8 hours on low.
  5. Serve with pasta, bread, or wraps, and ENJOY!!!
