Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 8 hours

Materials:

  • 2 cups of salsa (i use the salsa which is posted on The Lazy Girls Kitchen under chunky salsa, but if you don’t want to make your own you can use store bought)
  • 1 red pepper roughly chopped
  • 1 lb. steak tips
  • 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1 tsp. peper

Process:

  1. Dump the above materials into a crockpot making sure to give them a good stir.
  2. Set for 8 hours on low and ENJOY in a tortilla, over rice, or just on its own!
