BBQ Pulled Pork

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5.5 hours – 8 hours


  • 1lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1.5 tbs. paprika
  • 1 tbs. chili powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


  1. Place pork loin at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients making sure they are fully covering the pork loin.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on low or 5.5 hours on high.
  4. Once pork is fully cooked through, take two forks and pull the pork apart and shred it.
  5. Enjoy over rice, in a wrap or in a sandwich!
