- 2 avocados halved, pitted, and chopped
- 2 scallions diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro diced
- Juice of half a lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- In a small sized mixing bowl add in the above ingredients. Mix well.
- ENJOY with chip, in a wrap, or on it’s own!
