Materials:
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced (I roast mine in the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes but you can use rotisserie chicken or just cook it however you’d like)
- 2 scallions diced
- 1 tbs. fresh dill diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Process:
- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients above.
- Mix well and enjoy on sandwiches, wraps, or pita pockets!
