Chicken Salad

Cook time: 0 minutes

Materials:

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced (I roast mine in the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes but you can use rotisserie chicken or just cook it however you’d like)
  • 2 scallions diced
  • 1 tbs. fresh dill diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Process:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients above.
  2. Mix well and enjoy on sandwiches, wraps, or pita pockets!
