Pumpkin Apple Loaf

Cook time: 60-70 minutes


  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbs. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 granny smith apples diced


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a small mixing bowl add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice. Mix well and add 2 tbs. of mixture to apples. Mix well and set both aside.
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until everything is nicely incorporated.
  5. Fold in apples and pour batter into loaf pan.
  6. Cook for 60-70 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  7. Let cool and ENJOY!
