Tomato and Bean Soup

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 30-40 minutes


  • 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 15 oz can cannelloni beans
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • 1/2 cup pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary diced
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


  1. In a medium sized pot over medium heat, add in the olive oil and onion. Cook onion until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add in garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until garlic becomes fragrant.
  3. Add in marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring up to a boil.
  4. Add in beans, pasta, and rosemary. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the pasta is fully cooked through and beans are fully warmed through.
  5. Serve with a side of grilled cheese (optional) and ENJOY!
