Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30-40 minutes
Materials:
- 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 15 oz can cannelloni beans
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 1/2 cup pasta of your choice
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary diced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Process:
- In a medium sized pot over medium heat, add in the olive oil and onion. Cook onion until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add in garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until garlic becomes fragrant.
- Add in marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring up to a boil.
- Add in beans, pasta, and rosemary. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the pasta is fully cooked through and beans are fully warmed through.
- Serve with a side of grilled cheese (optional) and ENJOY!
