Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice (about 5 lemons)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
- 4 cups additional water
- In a small sauce pan add in sugar and 1 cup of water to make a simple syrup. Over medium heat cook until all the sugar has melted, making sure to stir while cooking. Set aside to cool.
- In a pitcher combine lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, salt, and remains 4 cups of water. Stir and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with ice and some lemon slices and ENJOY!
