Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 8-10 minutes
Salmon Burger Materials:
- 1 lb. of salmon (skin removed and chopped into small pieces)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 jalapeño diced
- 2 green onions diced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Guacamole Materials:
- 1 avocado skin removed, pit out
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- green onions diced
- 1 tbs. cilantro diced
- 1/2 jalapeño diced
- 1 tomato chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Guacamole Process:
- In a medium sized bowl add in your avocado and using the back of your fork mash until you reach your desired consistency. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Salmon Burgers Process:
- Get your grill nice and hot.
- In a large bowl combine all of the top ingredients.
- Using your hand separate the mixture into 4 equal pieces. Take each piece and form into a burger.
- Grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Top with your guacamole and place in a bun (optional) and ENJOY!
