So smoothie bowls are all the rage right now and I decided to jump on that bandwagon! This is one of my favorite breakfasts and to be honest with you I feel much healthier when I eat my breakfast out of a bowl rather than drinking it. Hahaha. Anyways here is how I like to make my smoothie bowl, which is pretty much just like I like to make my smoothies. Hope you Enjoy!
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 tbs. honey
- Whatever toppings you like. I love strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, and chia seeds.
- In a blender combine strawberries, banana, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with you toppings.
