Good Old Burger

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 8-12 minutes


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbs. steak seasoning


  1. In a mixing bowl roughly combine the above ingredients using a fork and then quickly finish mixing it with your hands.
  2. Divide the mixture in 3 and form each into a patty. Make an indent in the middle of each burger as the middle always rises when the burgers cook.
  3. Cook till you reach your desired likeness (I like mine chard with no pink and blood visible, so I cook mine 4-5 minutes on each side over medium high heat).
  4. Put on a bun and top with desired toppings and ENJOY!
