Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 8-12 minutes
Materials:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbs. steak seasoning
Process:
- In a mixing bowl roughly combine the above ingredients using a fork and then quickly finish mixing it with your hands.
- Divide the mixture in 3 and form each into a patty. Make an indent in the middle of each burger as the middle always rises when the burgers cook.
- Cook till you reach your desired likeness (I like mine chard with no pink and blood visible, so I cook mine 4-5 minutes on each side over medium high heat).
- Put on a bun and top with desired toppings and ENJOY!
