- 4 bananas peeled and cut in half
- 8 oz of milk chocolate
- Popsicle sticks
- Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper and taking one piece of banana at a time insert a Popsicle stick in about half way. Do this with the remaining bananas and place them on the baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in the milk chocolate and melt in the microwave at 30 second increments making sure to stir after each 30 seconds, until the chocolate has fully melted.
- Take the bananas out of the freezer and dip one at a time in the melted chocolate. Place back on the baking sheet and back in the freezer till set and hard.
